Welcome!

With all the uncertainty in the world, yoga can bring us a sense of order, of consistency, of clarity. I am thrilled to share this practice and all its many benefits with you.

Through both in-person and virtual classes, we will connect and explore all that is available to us, body and mind, through yoga practice.

There will always be a priority on proper alignment and clear instruction in our classes, to keep you safe and supported in the postures. Sometimes the best expression of the pose is the less strenuous, and we will always seek to honor the balance that serves us best between safety and challenging ourselves.

As both a teacher and practitioner of yoga, I am, and will always be, learning and growing. I will learn from you as you will learn from me, and that knowledge will serve to help us both experience the practice more deeply.

Uplifting Environment

Yoga is and should be for everybody, and everybody. Our classes will always prioritize inclusivity,  and we will find your expression, your “I CAN!” in the poses, so you can enjoy and find meaning in the practice, free of comparison or judgement.

I also offer gentle adjustments with consent. yes/no cards will be available at in-person classes.

Beyond the Mat

If you come to class simply for a good workout, you’ll find that.
If you come open to something more, you’ll find encouragement to intentionally pursue taking what you gain on the mat and share it with the world.
Our classes will often have themes to inspire and challenge us outside of class, and always with an opportunity to set an intention or dedication for our practice.
