Classes will be widely varied, and I will always try to keep something for everyone available. Here are a few of the types of classes I offer:

Services
Vinyasa Flow Classes
These classes are based around breath linked with movement,and are a more active class. There will be a mix of stretching, balancing, and strengthening poses, and the pace will vary from class to class.
Gentle Yoga
These classes include all floor poses, no standing, but they will still be productive at building strength and flexibility!
Restorative Classes
These classes are slow moving, relaxing, and releasing, ideal for the end of a day, a rest day, or whenever you need to show yourself some kindness. Often, we use more props in these classes, to support us and allow us to relax into the poses, restoring body and mind.
Meditations
Guided meditations, often with themes, can help us recenter, release, and calm at any time of day.
